• Should I buy accounts or rent inboxes?+

  Buy if you want complete, long-term access to the accounts, with credentials you can manage yourself and keep using indefinitely. Rent if any of these apply: you need a large number of addresses for a short period; you do not want to maintain accounts (keep them alive, deal with clipping, recover locked accounts); you want to avoid Outlook forwarding delays and missed emails (rentals are fetched via IMAP directly from the account, so there is no forwarding in the loop; safe-sender lists are a purchased-Outlook feature and do not apply to rentals); or you want to use addresses over a long period without the overhead of managing them yourself.

• How does payment work?+

  Buying accounts is a direct Stripe Checkout: you pay the displayed order total at checkout, and there is no balance involved. Renting inboxes runs on a balance. You top up with Stripe, and your balance is spent at the listed daily rate while a rental is active.

• Can Outlooks be clipped?+

  Outlooks can be clipped or locked, though it is uncommon. When it happens, they are usually recoverable. Keep the included recovery email and password accessible so you can log in when needed.

• How do bought Outlooks work?+

  Outlooks forward directly to the master email you provide. Each Outlook has a recovery email added and the password is included, so you can log into each Outlook directly via the recovery email whenever needed.

• What do I do if I am having problems with my accounts?+

  Open a support ticket in the Discord server and the team will handle it.

• What should I know about Forwarded Outlooks?+

  Our current buy offering is Forwarded Outlook accounts. They are rarely disabled, and locked accounts are usually recoverable. Forwarding can slow over time and may require a login to speed it back up. The curated safe-sender list is for purchased Outlook accounts only and helps legitimate mail reach the inbox; it is not a rental or Mail Server feature.

• How do safe senders work?+

  Each paid or giveaway order uses your active safe-sender list at fulfillment by default. The curated starting list has about 1,004 sender domains, and you can browse, fork, edit, and revert your own list for free. Applying a list to an owned Outlook account is the paid step, either during checkout or through a paid maintenance request; giveaway customers can also pay for that maintenance request. Refresh maintenance tops up and replaces the account's safe-sender coverage with the latest active list. Your list can contain a maximum of 1,024 safe-sender domains, matching Outlook's native hard limit. Microsoft silently does not process entries above 1,024, so BlazingAIO enforces that maximum. Your submissions affect your list; only an operator can promote a domain to the shared global list.

• What is the difference between Basic and Premium Forwarded Outlooks?+

  Premium Forwarded Outlooks. Created and forwarded via browser automation. Uses the forwarding-settings method, which stacks emails together. Higher quality and more recoverable if locked. Best for long-term use. Basic Forwarded Outlooks. Created and forwarded via the request method, using rule-based forwarding. Significantly cheaper, but if accounts get locked, recovery is unlikely. Best for high-volume raffles and single-use cases. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. Basic is budget-friendly for one-time events; Premium is the better choice for serious, long-term use.

• How quickly are bought accounts delivered?+

  On weekdays, orders are usually ready within a few hours. Larger orders can take one to two business days.
