Questions

• Should I buy accounts or rent inboxes?+

  Buy if you want complete, long-term access to the accounts, with credentials you can manage yourself and keep using indefinitely. Rent if any of these apply: you need a large number of addresses for a short period; you do not want to maintain accounts (keep them alive, deal with clipping, recover locked accounts); you want to avoid Outlook forwarding delays and missed emails (rentals are fetched via IMAP directly from the account, so there is no forwarding in the loop; no forwarding lag, no safe-sender setup per site, no messages disappearing into spam); or you want to use addresses over a long period without the overhead of managing them yourself.

• How does payment work?+

  Buying accounts is a direct Stripe Checkout: you pay the listed price per pack at checkout, and there is no balance involved. Renting inboxes runs on a balance. You top up with Stripe, and your balance is spent at the listed daily rate while a rental is active.

• What is the difference between Aged and Super Aged Gmails?+

  Aged Gmails are created between 2020 and 2024, while Super Aged Gmails are created between 2016 and 2019. Older Gmails are less likely to be clipped, though no Gmail is immune from clipping.

• Can Outlooks be clipped?+

  Outlooks can be clipped, but it behaves differently from Gmail. When Outlooks are clipped they are more easily recoverable, and they are less likely to be clipped than Gmails in general.

• How do bought Gmails forward to me?+

  Each Gmail forwards to a unique catch-all address, and the catch-all then forwards to whichever email you provide. Why the catch-all in the middle? Gmail-to-Gmail forwarding increases the risk of accounts getting flagged. Multiple Gmails forwarding to the same email is not ideal. If one Gmail gets disabled, it does not break the rest of the batch. Updating where the catch-all forwards is instant and risk-free. Re-forwarding each Gmail directly takes time and risks clipping accounts.

• How do bought Outlooks work?+

  Outlooks forward directly to the master email you provide. Each Outlook has a recovery email added and the password is included, so you can log into each Outlook directly via the recovery email whenever needed.

• What do I do if a Gmail gets banned or I am having problems with my accounts?+

  Open a support ticket in the Discord server and the team will handle it.

• What is the difference between Outlooks and Gmails?+

  If you need long-lasting emails, these are your two main options. Gmail. Pros: instant, reliable forwarding that catches every email. Cons: higher risk of being clipped or disabled regardless of age. Forwarded Outlook. Pros: rarely get disabled, and when locked they are usually easy to recover. Cons: forwarding slows down over time and requires a login to speed it back up, and each site needs safe-senders configured to keep emails out of spam, since there is no universal forwarding filter. It comes down to what matters more: the reliability of instant forwarding with Gmail but with clip risk, or the stability of Outlooks but with slower forwarding over time and safe-sender setup. These are the only two viable account types on the market.

• What is the difference between Basic and Premium Forwarded Outlooks?+

  Premium Forwarded Outlooks. Created and forwarded via browser automation. Uses the forwarding-settings method, which stacks emails together. Higher quality and more recoverable if locked. Best for long-term use. Basic Forwarded Outlooks. Created and forwarded via the request method, using rule-based forwarding. Significantly cheaper, but if accounts get locked, recovery is unlikely. Best for high-volume raffles and single-use cases. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. Basic is budget-friendly for one-time events; Premium is the better choice for serious, long-term use.

• How quickly are bought accounts delivered?+

  On weekdays, orders are usually ready within a few hours. Larger packs can take one to two business days.
